Richard is a local resident with a long history of business management in both communications and retail fields. He is a hands-on owner and oversees operations at both premises every day. Richard is very much involved, when you come into either store you'll see what it means to have the owner's personal touches.
Richard has over a decade of retail experience specifically in the pack-and-ship industry. His great pride is what he's been able to accomplish within his stores for our customers. Unlike chains or franchises, you'll experience a one-to-one relationship with a staff who actually care about you and your needs.
